At Aesthetics on the Glow, we believe beauty isn’t just about treatments—it’s an experience. Confidence starts with knowledge. Amber is passionate about educating her clients and creating customized plans so they truly love their skin.

With a nursing career spanning since 2007—including labor and delivery, outpatient surgery, and nursing education—Amber brings both expertise and a deep commitment to personalized care. Whether it’s Botox, filler, or a full skin journey, she ensures every client feels informed, unrushed, and empowered to make the best choices for their beauty and well-being.

In 2025, Amber took Aesthetics on the Glow from a fully mobile practice to a collaboration with Aurora Salon and Spa in Dickson, TN. Partnering with owner and stylist Brooklyne Williams, she now offers a luxurious in-salon experience while still providing concierge services for those who prefer treatments at home.

Beyond aesthetics, Amber is a fitness enthusiast who loves lifting weights (#BicepsAndBotox), homeschooling her two kids, and chasing sunshine—especially on the beaches of Mexico, where she dreams of owning a home. Married to her best friend Matt since 2004, life is full of laughter, surprises, and unwavering support.

    Brooklyne Williams is the owner and lead stylist at Aurora Salon & Spa, located in the heart of downtown Dickson, TN. She is passionate about people first, hair second, and is known for truly caring about her clients and their experience. Specializing in brunettes, reds, bobs of all lengths, and color melts, Brooklyne creates rich, dimensional looks tailored to each client. Aurora Salon & Spa is more than just a salon—it’s a welcoming space where expertise, creativity, and community come together to provide a relaxing and personalized experience.


  • Medical Director

    Dr. Ryan Pickens holds a medical degree from the University of Louisville College of Medicine.
